Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days & are sent by the following methods:

Standard or Free Shipping with Royal Mail

Once payment has been received, all home accessories and gifts are sent on a tracked parcel 3-5 WORKING days delivery service. You will receive tracking information from Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.

Free for orders over £35
£4.99 for all orders under £30

Express Shipping with Royal Mail

Express shipping is an optional extra of £4.99. This will be dispatched the same day when ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday and will be delivered to you in 1-2 working days. It will be shipped on a 24hour tracked Royal Mail delivery service. You will receive tracking information from Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.

This isn’t guaranteed and around Christmas so make sure to order in plenty of time. 

Royal Mail Strikes 

Royal Mail is planning strike action on 25th, 26th, 30th November & 1st December. If you can, we advise you to get your orders in plenty of time, as we expect that a small number of orders may be delayed. Express delivery will always be prioritised. 

We will contact you by email if there are any changes regarding your delivery. We are a small team and are working around the clock to dispatch all orders so please bear with us at very busy times. 

We try our best to use packaging that is as environmentally friendly as possible.

Please note that deliveries to Off Shore UK (Channel Isles) there will be applicable delivery charges.

Pre-Order Items

If your order is for a PRE-ORDER item, please refer to the specific product listing for delivery times / dates. If you have ordered additional items that are not for pre-order, they will be delivered at the same time as your pre-order items, unless you order them separately. Please purchase non pre-order items in a new order if you wish to receive them sooner.
