Return Policy
Eligibility & Process
You may return most items within 21 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return the item must:
be unused, in the same condition as when you received it;
be in the original packaging.
Sale items or items that are discounted may not be eligible for a refund — only regular-priced items will be refunded.
Certain products are explicitly excluded from returns (per their site):
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards, downloadable software, some health/personal care items.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you of approval or rejection of refund.
If approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items — substitutions for size/colour generally are not guaranteed.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost to return items will not be refunded.
They recommend using a trackable shipping service (especially for items over £70) because they cannot guarantee they’ll receive your return.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once they receive the item.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund goes to them.
Statutory Rights
These terms sit alongside your statutory rights under UK law (for example, the right to return faulty or mis-described goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Their policy cannot over-ride those rights.
If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to return it beyond the standard timeframe.
Shipping Policy
Dispatch & Delivery:
Once you place an order, they will process and dispatch from their UK warehouse (they are based at “Hazeldene Farm, Unit 11, Ockham Lane, Cobham KT11 1LW” per their site).
Delivery times will depend on your location.
You should receive confirmation of dispatch and tracking information.
Shipping Costs & Risk:
The cost of standard shipping (and any express or tracked shipping options) should be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.
Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered (or in some cases once you or a third-party on your behalf takes possession).
If you return goods, you should package them well and use a traceable method because you bear the cost and risk of such returns.
International Shipping:
If they ship internationally, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery times for international orders will vary.
Changing/Canceling Orders:
If you wish to cancel or amend your order you should contact us as soon as possible. Once goods are dispatched you may no longer be able to cancel.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at their discretion.
